We generally recruit graduates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a subject suited to a role in our technical, commercial, construction, land and planning, sales and marketing, or customer services departments. You will be asked to specify the department that you would like to work for in your application and you will join that department if your application is successful.
You will not be able to state a preference for a specific location in your application and you should be prepared to move between offices and sites based upon business needs. However every effort will be made to ensure that you are placed in the most practical region for you.
Our main offices are located in Abingdon (Oxfordshire), Leatherhead (Surrey), Billingshurst (Sussex), Sevenoaks (Kent), Cobham (Surrey), Battersea (Wandsworth) and Finchley (Barnet). We also have project offices on our construction sites in London and the South East.
Graduates are not provided with a company car during their first year however petrol and other travel expenses incurred through work are reimbursed.

Selected applicants will be invited to interview. Those successful at the first interview may be required to undergo a second interview before being offered a role.
